Thanks again Tracey.
  • The Daily: It’s not uncommon for JayP to be hanging sheetrock all day (part of training “Endurance Drywall”) then hop on the saddle for maybe a group hammer road ride, or maybe a few thousand feet of elevation gain on dirt. To do this all week long and get behind the wheel on Friday to drive up to 10 hours (nonstop “Endurance Driving”) to race an endurance event on Saturday. Race all day then prepare to drive home within a couple hours of finishing to make it home sometime Sunday to pass out. Wake on Monday to do it all over again. Everything I do ends up in the compulsive, obsessive category. Welcome to the “Endurance Lifestyle” where everything is long lived.
